We accept returns requested within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must have the sanitary label fully intact. Once the sanitary label has been removed or tampered with, the item is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. Sale or promotional items are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@anistores.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number. Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
